Conditions of the Long Stay Early Bird discount for rooms at La Fabrica &Co’s Coliving
1. Promotion
20% discount on the monthly rate for stays of 8 months or more.
10% discount on the monthly rate for stays of 6 months or more.
Important: The discount must be requested in the reservation form at the time of booking.
2. Booking Period
The Long Stay Early Bird rate is available for reservations made between June 27, 2025 and July 31, 2025.
3. Stay Period
The promotion applies to stays starting between June 27, 2025 and October 31, 2025.
Bookings may be made for stays of up to 12 months.
4. Important Information
- The discount applies only to stays of 6 months or longer.
- It does not apply to the security deposit, which will be calculated based on the regular rate (RACK/web rate).
- Reservations must be confirmed by July 31, 2025 to qualify for the discount.
- Not applicable to stays shorter than 6 months or to renewals of existing contracts.
- Cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
- La Fabrica &Co reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time and at its sole discretion.
- Any modification or extension of the original contract will be subject to the rates in effect at the time of the change. If the contract is not renewed before a price adjustment, the updated rate will apply.
